I've been there — device timeouts is frustrating. What worked for me was using a dedicated 2.4GHz network.
DomoticsExplorer: Absolutely agree — I had the same issue and got it working by reconfiguring the hub. Took me forever to find that configuration option.

Does anyone else have devices randomly going offline? It's worse when the hub reboots.
